About the Foundationspacer
  • The board follows an annual granting process.
  • The board sets a budget for grants at its April meeting.
  • Grant requests are typically made available in early April and are due in mid-May.
  • A grant review sub-committee meets to review the requests and recommend those requests that best meet the Foundation’s objectives for board approval.
  • The board reviews the recommendations at its May meeting and makes final decisions on which requests will be funded.
  • Requestors are notified by mid-June.
In unusual circumstances, the board will fund requests that are made at other times of the year.
