Frequently Asked Questions FAQ about the SLP All Year Reunion
Guests:
1. What if I didn’t actually graduate from SLP can I still come?
Yes, all former students and their families/friends are welcome.
2. Who can attend?
Anyone who wants to come and enjoy reconnecting with SLP grads. Perhaps take a tour, check out the auditorium talent review, participate in the family track meet, sign the banner to be housed in the high school or even see a former teacher.
Payment:
1. What will my donation cover?
Your donation will cover all of the marketing, set up, equipment rental, organization, clean up, and cost of facilities. If more money is collected than needed for the event, the excess will be donated to reading, math, science and the arts programs in SLP Schools in the form of grants for the 2012-2013 school year.
2. Will you accept payment by check or cash?
We prefer online payment for planning purposes however, we will accept cash at the door on the day of the reunion and we will accept checks until August 1st, 2012, at the following address. Make checks payable to:

We will mail you documentation for the event
3. What if it rains?
The event will take place rain or shine. We have access to large indoor spaces at the high school in case of rain.
4. What if my ticket will not print?
We will have a list of donors at a table in front of the District Office at the high school on the day of the event.
Miscellaneous questions:
1. Should I expect an invitation in the mail?
No printed invitations will be sent through the mail. Updated communications will take place on our website http://www.slppsf.org This event will be promoted through multiple promotions and word of mouth so PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD.
2. Will my personal information be used for third-party marketing?
Any personal data collected by the reunion committee on this site will not be sold to third parties or used for any purpose other than to promote events relating to the St. Louis Park Public Schools Foundation. Data may be subject to private distribution for the sole purpose of future SLP reunion planning. Full discretion will be used.
